現在、仕事を探している求職者は、詳しい求人情報などを得るために、大多数が企業サイトを確認していると言われていますが、企業サイトはサービス紹介のみ掲載しているため、欲しい情報を得られないまま就職してしまい、企業と求職者の間でミスマッチが起こるケースが数多くあります。

このため、弊社では2017年12月より求職者が欲しい情報を得やすい環境作りをするため、企業が必要な情報を発信できるツールの開発に取り組んできました。

本ツールは、募集要項だけではなく「会社紹介」「福利厚生・環境・企業文化」「先輩インタビュー」といった求職者が欲している情報も入れ込める点と、必要な項目を埋めていくだけで、採用サイトを自動生成。さらに運用管理をし易くするため、「スマートフォン向け専用アプリ（Android・iOS対応）」も完備。費用面においても無料で利用できるのが特徴です。（一部機能は有料版のみ）

February 27th 2019, Calia.Co., Ltd release a recruitment site tool “RECLA ENTRY” that allow you to show your company profile and workplace for job-seekers to have the information they need that can be easily made using our service.

In order to minimize misunderstanding between the company and the job-seekers, we think company’s website and the company’s recruitment site would be better if it is done separately because in many cases the company’s website works to explain what the company do and not enough information about the job.

For that reason, on December 2017 we started to develop a tool where you can put all your information to make job-seekers convenience and easy to find company that they’re interested in.

Not only job listings, also the informations that job-seekers lookin a company such as company’s overview, welfare, environment and even culture, you can list and show it. Also to manage it easily, we develop an application that you can access by your phone (Android and iPhone) for free (in-app purchase might need to access some features).
